Description
A PCSA Pre Construction Services Agreement is awarded for Princes School - Appointment of Principal Contractor, Liverpool City Council (LCC), the Employer, require a Principal Contractor for the Construction of Princes Primary School (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities 'SEND'), a brand-new SEND specialist primary school in Toxteth, Liverpool. Design for the scheme has been developed to a RIBA 3+ level and fully coordinated across design disciplines including Architecture, Civils and Structures, MEP, Landscape as well as more specialist design services including SEND/PRM consultancy input into SOA, adjacencies, operation and loose FF&E, acoustics, fire, lighting, hydrotherapy, catering and ICT. The Contractor is procured via a 2-stage tender process. The 1st Stage tender process will identify a Contractor who will be selected to work with the client and design team under a Pre-Construction Services Agreement (PCSA) during the 2nd Stage tender process to develop the RIBA Stage 4 design and agree a contract sum.
