Description
NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) on behalf of Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board (ICB) (The Commissioner) would like to notify the market of an opportunity to provide primary medical services under an APMS Contract to the Greater Norwich population at Norwich Practices Health Centre, co-located Walk-in Centre Services and the Vulnerable Adults Service (VAS) through the Inclusion Health Hub. The Commissioner is looking for one provider to deliver the following 3 main components under a single APMS Contract. 1. Primary Medical Services in Norwich : Actual patient list size as of 1st April 2024 was 10,983. 2. The Walk-in Centre (WiC) in Norwich: Level of activity is circa 68,000 contacts per annum 3. The Vulnerable Adults Service -Inclusion Health Hub The total contract price for each of the individual 3 services (GP, WIC and VAS) have an affordability envelope which are as follows; 1. GP: Must not exceed the maximum affordability envelope of value of £1, 529, 315 2. WIC: Must not exceed the maximum affordability envelope of value of £1, 944, 000 3.
