Description
This is a Corrigendum Notice to the Intended Approach Notice (Notice Number 2024/S 000-027176 | Notice Reference 2024-042505) which was published on the 23rd August 2024 by NHS Mid and South Essex Integrated Care Board (NHS MSE ICB) herein referred to as 'the Authority'. Further detail can be found at Section 'VII.1.2)' of this notice. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) notice that this provider selection process has been abandoned and a contract has not been awarded. This process has been abandoned under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply.
