Call Off from Crown Commercial Services Framework RM6240 - Presenting Officer Services for Teacher Misconduct Cases (Teacher Regulation Agency) Presenting Officer - The Supplier shall provide legal services to assist the investigation, preparation, presentation and conclusion of cases of alleged serious teacher misconduct referred to the Department for Education. This could include the initial investigation of cases that are referred to the Department for Education.
