PQ0582 - Academic Evaluation: BLACHIR Implementation within the Birmingham Health and Care System

Description

The Council requires a supplier for the provision of an academic evaluation of the Birmingham and Lewisham African and Caribbean Health Inequalities Review Implementation within the Birmingham Health and Care System. The Birmingham and Lewisham African and Caribbean Health Inequalities Review (BLACHIR) was launched in 2020 as a partnership between Birmingham and Lewisham to explore and better understand the inequalities affecting African and Caribbean communities in these areas and co-produce opportunities for action with communities to break structural inequalities and achieve sustainable change. Therefore, to ensure that Birmingham continues to show commitment towards implementing the BLACHIR Review, it is vital to evidence and demonstrate the benefit to the system and the citizens of Birmingham, that has been achieved as a result of BLACHIR.
