Description
Birmingham Children's Trust requires a supplier for the RAA Branding and Website Design . Adopt Birmingham is the children's adoption service for Birmingham Children's Trust. Adopt Birmingham was launched in January 2022 after a collaborative arrangement with a Voluntary Adoption Agency (VAA) to establish and co-deliver the Regional Adoption Agency (RAA). The focus of the RAA is that children are given the earliest opportunity of finding a family with timely matching and placement of all children including priority children for whom it is harder to find adopters. There is also a focus on adoption support and a need to move away from piecemeal services and potential gaps in provision, towards consistent, effective and easy to access adoption support services. The purpose of Adopt Birmingham is to deliver the complete range of adoption functions across the Birmingham region - adoption recruitment, matching and support functions. This collaboration between a Trust and a VAA partner to deliver an RAA, is the first of its kind and signifies a new and innovative way of working.
