CMAL wish to appoint a sole supplier in respect of a Commercial Cost Advisor (Phase 1) providing support and an NEC4 Contract Project Manager roles (Phase 2 - subject to funding) for the Port Ellen Terminal Development (PETD) project. The mini competition is from the Scotland Excel Framework Agreement Ref 0820 for Technical Consultancy.
