***PME 2024 - Pre-Market Engagement ONLY - Reigate and Banstead EV Charging Infrastructure - NOT A TENDER EXERCISE*** PLEASE DOWNLOAD THE SPECIFICATION DOCUMENT FOR MORE INFORMATION The Pre-Market Engagement ('PME') You are invited by the Council to Respond for the requirements detailed in the PME documentation in accordance with the conditions outlined in the Specification ('EV_charging_Spec_Feb24_Rev1.3). The purpose of this PME Specification is to set out the instructions for the completion of the PME. Your Response to the PME must be completed electronically using the Council's Procurement e-Sourcing portal ('e-Sourcing Portal'): http://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing The e-Sourcing Portal provides a web-based tool that provides a simple, secure and efficient means for managing quoting activities reducing the time and effort required for both the Council (and other buyers) and potential suppliers.
