Description
Yorkshire Water intends to establish a multi-lot Planning Consultancy Framework to provide specialist planning, consenting and development services in support of its capital investment and infrastructure programmes. The framework will support the delivery of AMP8 activities, AMP9 and AMP10 readiness, Strategic Resource Options (SROs), major infrastructure projects, Yorkshire Storm Alliance programmes and North East Storm Overflow Programme (NESOP) related initiatives. The framework will provide access to planning consultancy expertise to support the development, promotion and delivery of projects requiring planning approvals, development consent and associated regulatory permissions. Services will include strategic planning advice, planning applications, stakeholder and statutory consultee engagement, environmental and planning coordination, development management, consenting strategies and related specialist support.
