Description
This request for participation in an early market engagement does not constitute any commitment by the authority to undertake any procurement exercise in the future. Somerset Council is in the South West of England, an elected local government authority responsible for the local government services in most of the county. The Council provides a wide range of services, including education (schools, libraries and youth services), social services, highway maintenance, waste collection & waste disposal, emergency planning, consumer protection and town and country planning. The Council as the Lead Authority is seeking a supplier of Digital Magazines on behalf of the LibrariesWest Consortium (LWC) and Plymouth City Council.
