Description

The successful supplier will be required to provide cleaning services for Pentrehafod School, located in Swansea, Wales. The value of the contract is approximately £190,000 per annum. The duration of the contract being offered is three years commencing on 1st September 2026 and concluding on 31st August 2029 and will be on a guaranteed performance basis offering a fixed annual subsidy to the school. There will be the option to extend the contract for a further term further term of one + one years. Pentrehafod School is a large secondary school located in Hafod, Swansea, serving pupils aged 11–16. With approximately 1,131 pupils on roll, the school operates within the local authority of Swansea Council and serves a highly diverse community. Pentrehafod has a strong inclusive ethos, supporting pupils from a wide range of cultural, linguistic and socioeconomic backgrounds, and places significant emphasis on wellbeing, student voice and positive relationships across the school community.
