Description
UKAEA wishes to procure the Design, analysis, manufacture, assembly, Factory Acceptance Testing, delivery, Site Acceptance Testing, plus support during the installation, Integrated Testing, and commissioning of 3-off palladium-silver permeators, 2-off palladium-silver membrane reactors, three-off recuperative heat exchangers, and four cooling coils for the Hydrogen Purification System to be supplied into the Hydrogen 3 Advanced Technology facility at UKAEA's Culham Science Centre. The requirement also includes the sourcing of one steam generator and one dosing pump for providing water vapour into the PMR, including detailed design of the associated lines and process equipment. Designs are to be manufactured by the Contractor and must support and contain the process equipment whilst providing external process and Electrical, Control and Instrumentation (EC&I) connections. The manufacturing, testing and delivery includes assembling all the process equipment fabricated/procured by the Contractor into completed permeators and PMRs for future installation by others into Gloveboxes.
