This Prior Information Notice 5 (PIN 5), without call for competition, is to alert the market that Sellafield Ltd is continuing with market engagement activity for the forthcoming Project and Asset Care Execution (PACE) Contract Opportunity. This PIN 5 supplements the previous: • PIN 1 reference CF-0113800D4L000000iAvzUAE • PIN 2 reference CF-0133500D4L000000iAvzUAE • PIN 3 reference CF-0155800D4L000000iAvzUAE • PIN 4 reference CF-0188400D4L000000iAvzUAE; and • PIN 4A reference CF-0191900D4L000000iAvzUAE As a result of this fifth PIN and as part of the ongoing market engagement activity, Sellafield Ltd is to provide information to the market in relation to the PACE opportunity, this includes proposed timescales for the PACE procurement, lotting strategy including bidding & award rules; updates in relation to aspects of the commercial model / PACE opportunity arising from PIN 3 feedback; and summary of key commercial principles & incentivisation model.
