Description
The purpose of this Invitation to Tender (ITT) is to appoint a single supplier to deliver an industrial cluster strategy for Grangemouth, as set out below, to Scottish Enterprise. The Grangemouth industrial cluster is a key driver of Scotland’s manufacturing sector and economy. To support its continued growth and development. On behalf of the Grangemouth Future Industry Board (GFIB) Scottish Enterprise is procuring consultancy services to create an industrial cluster strategy for Grangemouth, the outcomes of this will be shared with the GFIB. This strategy will focus on enhancing the cluster’s competitiveness by setting out current and potential strengths of the cluster, assessing and prioritising commercial opportunities for industrial growth, and setting out clear, actionable steps across short, medium, and long-term timelines. It will also align with key plans and policies such as the Forth Green Freeport and Falkirk and Grangemouth Growth Deal.
