Description
Acivico Building Consultancy Ltd on behalf of Birmingham City Council invites tenders for the demolition of Prefabricated Building at Hollyfield Primary School, Hollyfield Road, Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham B75 7SG. The works comprise of the demolition, general site clearance, removal of asbestos containing materials and accommodation works comprising of fencing and statement of hardstanding. The site must be well secured by use of appropriate fencing during the contract. The contract will be for a duration of 5 weeks commencing 24th July 2023. The contract will be awarded to a single supplier. The Council will be using its free to use e-tendering system (in-tend) for the administration of this procurement process and potential suppliers must register with the system to be able to express an interest.
