LCRCA is seeking specialist resource to support the optimisation of Industrial Strategy Zones (ISZs). The commission will capture and quantify the economic and financial benefits of the proposed ISZs, provide options for effective delivery models and validate the LCRCA's proposed approach to Governance and branding.
