Description
The Council is seeking a provider to deliver a high-quality brokerage service that acts as a core delivery partner within the One Stockport Construction Hub. The service must support the coordinated delivery of work, skills and social value outcomes arising from construction and regeneration activity, ensuring that contractor commitments translate into clear, measurable benefits for Stockport residents. The provider will be expected to work closely with the Council, contractors and partners to deliver outcomes at scale, operate flexibly across a complex development pipeline, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Hub. Mandatory requirements The provider must deliver the following as a minimum.
