Description
Northamptonshire Children's Trust (hereafter referred to as the "Children's Trust") wishes to invite Tender Responses for the supply of services in respect of this requirement. This specification covers providing Supported Accommodation for children in care and care leavers aged 16 to 21, for Northamptonshire, including, where required, out of county homes. It excludes provision delivered by the Northamptonshire Children's Trust own provision or those already contracted under separate service contracts. The primary role of young people's supported accommodation is to prepare our young people for independence and adulthood. Where each young person starts on this journey will be different and the rate at which they move through this journey will vary but our Supported Accommodation providers and their staff, through their support, will proactively work with our care leavers to ensure successful transition to adulthood where they will thrive. Services that will be purchased by the Children's Trust will be individualised packages to meet the needs of our care leavers so that they are supported to successfully move onto adulthood and independence.
