Description
Leeds Building Services (LBS) on behalf of Leeds City Council are looking for one contractor to undertake the maintenance, responsive repairs and refurbishment of drains for non-housing (e.g. Schools, offices and commercial properties). Currently the Council has existing contractors in place to deliver this works. It is anticipated that the procurement will consist of one contractor to deliver responsive drainage works to non-domestic properties. Properties could include: Environmental Services (PC's: Household waste Sorting Sites) Parks & countryside (Park pavilions; depot buildings; cafes; container units; chapels) Learning Skills and universal services (Early Start and youth - offices and children's centres) Safeguarding, Specialist and Targeted (Children's Social Care and Youth Offending - offices and residential homes) Libraries Culture and Sport (Heritage (Mills, Museums): Arts and Events (Town Hall; Millennium Square; Carriage works; Sport (Leisure Centres)) Asset Management (Small industrial units; Investment) Economic Developments (Markets) Highways (Depots) Adult Social Care (Residential Homes, Day centres, Training Centres, Offices) Multi Ser…
