Description
To develop a short high level guidance document and an in depth "toolkit" which outline which recommended actions NHS colleagues should be progressing and prioritising, and how they may go about doing so. The objective of the assignment is to: The objective of the assignment is to: 1. Plan Engagement: Utilising the contact details provided by NHS England, organise a programme of engagement with key stakeholders involved in the pure and mixed nitrous oxide ' waste mitigation enabling them a structured opportunity to provide feedback on NHS England draft guidance and toolkit. This may take the format of interviews, workshops, roundtable, surveys, user trials with key stakeholders etc. agreed with NHSE before commencing the engagement. Key stakeholders include national clinical leads, estates leads, pharmacy leads, along with experts and regional and local stakeholders who have previously undertaken work on nitrous oxide waste mitigation. NHS England also identified and engaged a small number of 'heavy user' sites which have agreed to trial the new toolkit in development. 2.
