Description

NHS Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking quotes from suitably qualified and experienced providers to support the ongoing maintenance and delivery of the People's panel. The successful bidder will be expected to work to develop a People's panel that is representative of the 1.2m population of Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent. This will be achieved by the following objectives: • Ensure there is broad geographical representation across Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent (this information will be provided by the ICB) • Maintain and refresh a representative panel of volunteer Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent citizens who wish to be engaged on our work to transform local health and care. This participation will primarily be in the form of regular online surveys, with the option of holding face-to-face focus groups twice a year with panel members to support detailed discussions to inform new models of care and understand experiences of health and care services • Develop and deliver at least six planned People's Panel surveys per 12-month period, with analysis and reporting per survey. Surveys are anticipated to be scheduled for May, July, September…
