Greatness Football & Community Pavilion - a facility both for the football club and the local community. The project is to build a new football and community pavilion close to the current 3G pitch. Are you planning on novating the current consultants through to construction or do we have the freedom to allow for who we want? A. There is a preference to novate the design team at the construction stage, subject to further discussion and agreement on fees / terms and conditions.
