It is located a short walk from the High Street and train station in Sheerness. The building is adjacent to the beach with the rear outside space fenced by linked metal gates and sea defence wall. This single storey building comprises of two rooms with separate entrances. One room is predominately used for storage and the other for office. It has an EPC rating of D valid until 2033. The building's gross internal area is approximately 76m2 (818.06ft2).
