Durham County Council holds the budget for the regional Integrated Care System (ICS) Healthier and Fairer Programme Board, which is to be used to fund the NENC ICS Healthier and Fairer Programme Strategic Leadership and support- Health Inequalities. This includes the employment of a 1wte Band 8b Strategic Lead and 1wte Band 5 Project Support Officer.
