BACKGROUND: A new Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA) is planned as part of the community facilities to support a new residential development at Temple Herdewyke, part of Burton Dassett Parish. A new village hall will also be built, for which a separate contract is being tendered. Planning permission will be in place prior to contract commencement. LOCATION: The site is at Sandstone Place, Temple Herdewyke, Warwickshire, CV47 2PB. The site is flat and accessible, with existing tarmac car park. SCHEDULE: July 2024 - Tenders received for MUGA August 2024 - Contract Awarded Late Summer 2024 - MUGA Construction Late Autumn 2024 - MUGA Operational APPLICATIONS: Burton Dassett Parish Council operates a sealed bids system for tenders. Tenders should be delivered by email to: Helen Hide-Wright, the Clerk at Burton Dassett Parish Council - clerk@burtondassett-pc.gov.uk By midnight on 31st July 2024. The email should be clearly marked as containing tender documents.
