Description
Subject to funding confirmation, ARK Group DMCC intends to procure modular, rapid-deployment defensive barrier systems with collapsible wire mesh containers lined with heavy-duty geotextile fabric. These barriers must be suitable for filling with sand, soil, or gravel and protect against blasts, shrapnel, and small-arms fire. However, due to operational urgency, all goods must be delivered to the Port of Beirut no later than 25 March 2025 under Incoterms DPU. Immediate supplier readiness is essential. The contract will be awarded based on the most economically advantageous tender, considering: • Total cost, including shipping and handling fees • Compliance with technical and military-grade specifications • Supplier experience and operational capability Given the urgent nature of this procurement and ARK's limited capacity to conduct quality checks and supplier visits within the current timeframe, preference will be given to suppliers who have previously been contracted to provide the same items to the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD).
