Site: Middleton-in-Teesdale Fire Station, DL12 0ST Works: Refurbishment & Remodelling of Shower, WC, and Locker area Budget: £50k Tender Information: To obtain a tender pack, please email your expression of interest and request to jgilbert@ddfire.gov.uk Site Visit: We would encourage a site visit, this can be arranged through John Hancock 07976720824, jhancock@ddfire.gov.uk. Please note only one site visit is permitted by each tenderer and this must be before 1st October 2024. Tender Submission Information Required: • Completed Schedule of Works • Completed Form of Tender & Certificate of Non Collusion • Contact details of 2 client references of similar work completed within the last 2 years. • Emailed to jgilbert@ddfire.gov.uk Timescales: Note that the works are planned for the end of the calendar year with a notional 4 week duration, please do feel free to return an alternative Tender with a different duration should you feel the 4 week period is not practical.
