Description
The contract is for an out‑of‑hours Mental Health Sanctuary Service for adults in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan experiencing emotional distress or crisis. The service provides a non‑clinical safe space offering same‑day telephone and face‑to‑face support, operating daily from 5pm to 1am with appointments from 7pm. Referrals come exclusively through the 111 Press 2 mental health triage service. The provider delivers a peer‑led crisis model, manages the premises, ensures appropriate staffing, arranges transport for service users, and provides required performance and outcomes reporting to Cardiff & Vale UHB.
