Introduction Stratton St Margaret Parish Council invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit tenders for the redevelopment and refurbishment of the toilet facilities at Meadowcroft Community Centre. The aim of this project is to modernise the existing facilities, improve accessibility, increase durability and ease of maintenance, and provide a welcoming environment for community centre users. The Council is seeking a contractor capable of delivering high-quality workmanship, effective project management, and minimal disruption to the operation of the community centre. A key requirement of this project is that public toilet provision must remain operational throughout the duration of the works to ensure the community centre can continue operating safely and effectively.
