Description
NHS Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board (BNSSG ICB) seeks to commission a Maternity and Neonatal Voices Partnership (MNVP) service for the BNSSG Local Maternity and Neonatal System (LMNS). The MNVP will act as an independent service user-led partnership, working alongside maternity and neonatal providers to gather, analyse and present the experiences of women, birthing people, babies and families, and support continuous quality improvement and co-production. The service will involve structured engagement, outreach, data collection and analysis, representation at LMNS governance meetings, and collaboration with maternity and neonatal clinical teams across the two acute Trusts within BNSSG. The service will deliver against national MNVP guidance and required outcomes set out by NHS England. The appointed Provider will employ a small core MNVP team (Trust Lead, Neonatal Lead and Engagement role) and provide the infrastructure, governance, supervision, digital systems and support required to deliver a robust and representative MNVP service.
