Description

Transport for London's Innovation & Advisory team works with market innovators of all sizes to help solve some of the challenges TfL faces where there is a need for more innovative approaches. Rather than prescribing solutions, we look to the market for creative, resourceful and novel ways of applying existing technologies to deliver better, quicker or more efficient outcomes. Transport for London (TfL) is seeking market feedback on potential solutions to improve the efficiency and customer experience of its Supplementary Works Approval processes. These processes include, but are not limited to, traffic management proposals, traffic orders, bus stop suspensions, and traffic signal switch-outs, which are required before a roadworks permit can be issued. The purpose of this Market Sounding Questionnaire (MSQ) is to explore the availability of off-the-shelf solutions that can: Consolidate multiple supplementary approval processes into a single coherent application or portal.
