Request for Information Commissioners at Surrey County Council within Adults Wellbeing and Health Partnerships are looking to understand further the current offering of community activities for Older People, to ensure all future commissions meet the required outcomes and needs of assessed individuals in the county of Surrey. In 2018, the Council embarked on a large-scale engagement activity with residents, staff, members, partners and businesses to shape our vision for Surrey in 2030. Together we agreed that: 'By 2030 we want Surrey to be a uniquely special place where everyone has a great start to life, people live healthy and fulfilling lives, are enabled to achieve their full potential and contribute to their community, and no one is left behind.' It is essential that the care and support provided by Surrey County Council's Adult Wellbeing and Health Partnerships Directorate enables us to deliver our Community Vision for 2030 and promotes the independence for our residents in all we do and offer.
