Description

The Makers and Otto are preparing to undertake a procurement exercise to appoint a high-calibre Service Provider to manage two developments, delivering integrated, “hotel-quality” facilities and property management services. It is anticipated that interested organisations (Service Provider) will be able to demonstrate relevant expertise and experience in managing non-social, multi-tenure residential environments, including the long-term maintenance and management of significant residential and commercial assets, while fostering positive community and resident satisfaction. The model Service Provider will demonstrate a commitment to: proactive asset and property management; efficient, high-quality and customer-focused service delivery; effective management of multi-tenure environments; maintaining and enhancing the long-term value and condition of the assets; fostering positive relationships with residents, occupiers and other stakeholders; and the seamless integration of a “soft landing” approach to service mobilisation and ongoing management.
