Description

1. The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to alert potential suppliers to an opportunity to supply the following hospitals with patient meals a. ST Peters Hospital - Guildford Road, Chertsey, Surrey, KT16 0PZ b. Ashford Hospital - London Road, Ashford, Surrey, TW15 3AA 2. It is currently envisaged that the procurement will be divided into 9 Lots, Main Meals, Soups, Hot Desserts/Puddings, Sides/Finger Food, Jacket Potatoes, Cold Desserts, Children's, Out of Hours and Special Diets. The total value of this contract is estimated to be 1 million GBP per year with a contract length of 5 years with an option for two 12 month extensions. 3. A supplier engagement day will take place in mid-January 2024 where Ashford & St Peters hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and Pelican Procurement will present and market test with suppliers the scope of the procurement opportunity. The first stage of the tender is expected to be sent to suppliers via the Mytenders portal in February/March 2024.
