Description
NHS Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to express their interest in delivering Ophthalmology Services across NHS Norfolk and Waveney ICB. The Commissioners are inviting the market to express their interest in the future delivery of these services and seeking feedback from the market on the proposed service specifications to help inform any future accreditation process. Potential providers interested in this service are requested to complete the soft market testing questionnaire. Ophthalmology Services include: Ophthalmology Overarching Specification Ophthalmology Glaucoma and Ocular Hypertension (OHT) Proposed Norfolk and Waveney Glaucoma Service Pathway Ophthalmology Medical Retina Service In addition and for information only GIRFT AMD Pathway GIRFT DMO Pathway
