Description
Salford City Council wishes to engage on potential interest in provision of the Connecting Care Leavers Programme (CCLP). The current contract expires 31th July 2026. The commissioners are undertaking a pre-market engagement. Prospective providers of CCLP services are asked to share their thoughts and experiences in relation to the questions contained within the pre-market engagement questionnaire. The council will use the information to consider their options and further develop the specification. The Service will make a major contribution to the Salford Children and Young People's Improvement Plan. As an essential part of the children's services 'system', the Service will provide leadership, co-ordination and delivery of the Connecting Care Leavers Programme in Salford. Salford City Council will be recommissioning the Connecting Care Leavers Programme. The provider is expected develop a close relationship with the Council's Next Steps Team who provides support to our Care Leaver cohort.
