Description
The service is for the management and operation of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council’s two HWRC sites and collection and treatment of WEEE from the Council’s transfer station at Davyfield Road depot. The HWRC site addresses are as follows :- George St West, Blackburn BB2 1PQ Springvale Road, Darwen BB3 2ES The staffing, operation and management of the sites must be in accordance with the requirements of this specification, and comply with all requirements of site licences, planning permission and leases.
