Description
This procurement will procure a consultancy service for strategic and transformational requirements, to provide expertise and review work underway to identify how we (PINS) can improve our timeliness, specifically for appeals casework, and help us make changes to make a tangible difference Before implementing the change to improve our times, we need to first understand the problems to be solved and so we have taken a two-staged approach to the contract. Stage 1 (Discovery) is expected to take 4 to 6 weeks. The deliverables at the end of discovery is a comprehensive report and presentation to our Executive Team which will include but is not limited to; Key blockers, resource levels, failure rates, demand, effectiveness of workstreams, dependencies, external factors and the proposed approach, plan and timescales for stage 2. Stage 2 (Delivery) is optional and will involve planning, managing and implementing change needed as identified in the discovery phase. No work is guaranteed for stage 2 under the contract.
