Description
Leicestershire County Council is looking to dispose of the B8 employment site at Lutterworth East, located adjacent to Junction 20 of the M1 motorway. The site measures approximately 13 ha (32 acres) has outline planning consent for 52,000sq m GEA approximately 560,000 sq ft. There are significant highway infrastructure works associated with the site delivery which the successful purchasers will be required to deliver. The estimated value and contract dates are subject to change based on preliminary market engagement feedback.
