To receive material from Household Waste Recycling Centre(s), Waste Collection Authorities and other authorised sources. Lot 12b – Mixed Residual and Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) - Planned For Lot 12b - Mixed Residual Waste (this includes Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs)) only the Council will guarantee an annual tonnage of between 9,000 and 15,000 tonnes per year to the successful bidder.
