Description
The study will identify the factors within the control of asset owners influencing resilience across both water and energy infrastructure (e.g. asset design, condition, location), establish how these factors can be assessed in context of interdependencies across asset owners in the water and energy sector, and enable stakeholders to identify vulnerabilities and areas of weakness with regards to interdependencies between the water and energy systems. The study should support asset owners in identifying interdependencies that should be prioritised for collaborative working, to inform future infrastructure planning and investment decisions
