The Council of the London Borough of Richmond is acting as the Contracting Authority on behalf of the London Boroughs’ Legal Alliance (the “LBLA”), comprised of the London Boroughs of: Bexley, Brent, Bromley, Camden, City of London Corporation, Croydon, Ealing, Enfield, Greenwich, Hackney, Hammersmith & Fulham, Haringey, Havering, HB Public Law (Harrow, Barnet, and Hounslow, Aylesbury Vale District Council, and Slough), Hillingdon, Islington, Bi-Borough (Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and Westminster City Council), Lewisham, Lambeth, One Source (Newham and Havering), Redbridge, SLLP (South London Legal Partnership - Kingston, Merton, Richmond, Sutton, Wandsworth), Southwark, Tower Hamlets, Waltham Forest, London Fire and Planning Authority, Royal Borough of Greenwich (together the "Authorities"). The Members wish to procure a panel of expert and experienced legal advisers as preferred suppliers of specialist advocacy and related legal services with the intention of concluding a number of separate framework agreements with each of the successful bidders.
