Description
A logistics, storage and operational support contract to enable and support the Environment Agency in its incident response role including tracking of the assets. A key part of the contract is ensuring flood barriers and pumps are ready for rapid deployment to protect against flooding. The requirement of this Contract is the appointment of contractors to provide three contracts for: • Lot 1 for storage, logistics and maintenance • Lot 2 GPS tracking: Real-time / live tracking with 100% England coverage • Lot 3 crane hire Please see each lot for the details of each lot. Note on Value over contract period of 5 years= £9.5Million: Highly dependent on incident response requirements, which can significantly change the contract value: Lot 1: £6.5M Lot 2: £2M Lot 3: £1M Contract length: 2+1+1+1 (5 years)
