Livin Housing are inviting suppliers to share their insights and expertise through a soft market testing exercise for an upcoming procurement process to deliver a range of services, including but not limited to: - Responsive repairs - Emergency out of hours works - Planned maintenance to ensure high standards in home quality - Gas/heating maintenance and servicing - Electrical testing and rewiring - Void works - Retrofit and works to improve EPC ratings - Building compliance and health and safety works - Damp and disrepair works
