Description
The aim of this tender is to procure a qualified, experienced and suitably resourced surveying organisation, to undertake comprehensive internal and external Stock Condition Surveys and Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) surveys across a selection of our domestic property portfolio, to include Houses, Flats and Blocks. These surveys are critical in providing accurate and up-to-date information on the component condition, property condition, energy performance and overall status of our assets. The outcomes will support strategic asset management planning, enhance asset data quality, and inform future investment decisions. The objectives of this project are to: Enhance Asset Data Quality: To provide accurate and reliable data on the condition and performance of each asset, ensuring that our asset register is up-to-date and comprehensive. This will involve thorough assessments of key building components to determine current conditions and expected remaining lifespans.
