Description

Lincolnshire County Council are undertaking a review of Home Learning Parcels to determine the requirement from April 2026 and how it can support statutory duties. Service users in scope are Children in Care (CiC) aged 3 - 12. Lincolnshire County Council's review includes benchmarking activity, and engagement with service users currently using the service and potential providers offering solutions. The Home Learning Parcels review is intended to lead to recommendations around the requirements for the service, which is required to be in place 1 April 2026.
