Description
United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust currently have a crèche service provided to Trust staff at Lincoln County Hospital and Boston Pilgrim Hospital. We are looking for a long term partner to build a new facility on the grounds of the hospitals and then to operate a crèche service. Additional information: Lincoln Location Land will be provided by the Trust via a long term lease, with options to purchase should that be required. After the lease period the property will revert to Trust ownership should a purchase agreement not be agreed. Location can be viewed on site. Boston Location To be identified by the service partner with support and agreement from the Trust. Lincoln and Boston Service Requirements We require the service to provide a capacity for 80 children, between the hours of 6am to 10pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm Saturday and Sunday. Car parking facilities and garden space must be provided within the design, and to ensure all security and safeguarding measures are included.
