Description
The objectives of the procurement are: • Gain support from experienced furniture suppliers in identification of suitable furniture options for a number of buildings/ spaces outlined in detail within the requirements section below. • The desired purpose/function of each of these office areas is outlined alongside a visual outline of the space. We are specifically seeking proposals which include space planning, recommended product and cost in line with our pricing and quality criteria. • Products need to promote productivity and wellbeing for staff utilising these spaces. • Additional consideration to acoustic properties to be outlined where possible, particularly in relation to areas with call taking activity/ break out spaces in proximity to larger desk numbers. • Products need to align to infrastructure such as power and lighting and our existing décor including carpets, wall colours/manifestations. A site visit would be preferred to advise on a suitable scheme which aligns to existing infrastructure.
