Description
Part of the APM Group, Ingeus is delivering a public sector contract and is seeking to appoint one or more subcontractors to support the design, development and delivery of a leadership development programme. The programme will build leadership capability, confidence and consistency across clinical and operational/support teams (c.200 people leaders). Suppliers may bid for all or part of the scope below. Key work packages: 1. Leadership development framework design Support Ingeus to develop an overarching leadership development framework that: • sets expectations for leader development over a 12-24 month calendar • summarises available internal training and development options • aligns with career pathways, succession planning and CPD • integrates existing leadership/management training and identifies new training/coaching needs • supports consistent, scalable development across functions • Indicative timing: phase 1 (June/July 2026) 2.
