Graphics showing what the track will look like making clear the features that will be included 3. A fixed price for the detailed design and construction of the track and a payment schedule 4. A specification covering the materials, methods of construction and damage remediation 5. The construction period 6. The requirements that the constructor has of the Kelsall Parish Council 7. A proposed form of contract
